The Salon Restored Experience:
Salon Restored opened its doors November 2007 in the historical district of Centerville Ohio. This quaint salon offers a peaceful inviting atmosphere that begs its patrons to come in, sit down and enjoy the entire experience. The historical building at 84 N. Main St. has been restored from the inside out, including it's beautiful original pine wood floors and sweetly nestled pocket doors. Crown molding and intricate details take anyone entering this house back to a time long ago.
When originally purchased the building was in desperate need of repair. But with a little imagination, attention to detail and hard work the building that was once easily overlooked now begs for passersby to step inside. Although many believe the name of the salon was derived from the restoration process, the truth is, Salon Restored is about restoring, renewing and refreshing people. The owner Krissy Cordrey desires to create a space that allows all walks of life to enter just as they are and leave feeling more beautiful and renewed then when they first entered. Come as you are is the motto at Salon Restored. There is no need to be anyone but yourself, because who you are is enough. Krissy wants all who dare to experience Salon Restored, a much different approach to the typical salon to recognize that the way they are made by their creator is beautiful. There is no need to be someone else or look like someone else. Her goal is to help them see the beauty inside and enhance their beautiful features on the outside. This once neglected, tired building that now shines with beauty is the perfect symbol of the “Salon Restored Experience.”
